Lydia Selianko: 'Sight' exhibition at Normal Art Space.
Lydia Selyanko: Poglyad exhibition at Normal Art Space.
From June 22 to July 22 in the art space Normal Art Space (Antonovycha, 81, Kyiv), will be an exhibition of Ukrainian artist Lydia Selіanko.
The exhibition is a conceptual view of a traveling artist on the world around us. Some paintings absorb you with their deep and tropical patterns that evoke aromas of exotic fruits and delight the eye with their colors.
Other paintings offer you to look at the usual landscapes through the prism of bright colors and contrasting, but such acquaintances, silhouettes and contours of the industrial city.
The highlight of the exhibition is a painting with the same name as the exhibition and symbolizes the difference of views on many facets of society - politics, beauty, morality ...
The diversity of beliefs can be shown not only through the use of human images, but also through the image of animals that are guides to the deep "I". But immersed inside, we can see how the "cats" will show an additional deep meaning of the paintings in this exhibition.
