Time - a terrible foe of man. It has surrounded him since his birth and until his oblivion. Man has always wanted to "beat" this limiter of his own destiny. He also dreamed about being free. But once he invented the clock and it firmly went into his life with its quiet course of large and small hands and all the consequences associated with its existence - restrictions.
Then the man began dreaming again: to outrun them! And then there appeared a mean of realizing these dreams - a car. Its mission - to reduce the distance, and this means - to extend the life of man. First, the same as the clock, it has a very simple form. Second, according to the growing desires of man – it has become more and more complex. The man became able to feel free and to try to catch up the time.
The road, on which he moved in the daily struggle with the world around him, became shorter and shorter for him. It is interesting that the approach to this invention was different! For people from the West – a car is a means to express their freedom of decision-making. Sat down and went to meet fate as decided. In the former Soviet Union - a car is a subject of dreams, thirst, pointer of positioning in society. The collapse of the Soviet Union became a moment of new life for the car. It has become a symbol of liberation from sad time of totalitarianism and constraints, and at the same time a symbol of the new world. This collage shows the car. On the one hand it points to the total chaos. You can find everything here: coins, stars, dial and pans - a lot of what someone else has already thrown out of his life. But the figure of the car is composed from chaos in which the main part is the dial.
Beautiful car. Fabulous. Full of decorations and mysterious objects. It is a reflection of difference in the approach to this invention of mankind.
No one in the West is able to devote so much hidden dreams in such a small space and in simple vision, almost not mysterious for the modern man object such as a car.
And the car, which is in front of us, actually calls us, invites us and beckons to get into it. To move, to race against time and to catch up with dreams of the past...

Born in 1977 in Ulan-Ude, Russia in the family of a serviceman. Due to transfers of his father to places of service, attended high school in many cities of now not-existing country. Since childhood, was fond of dancing, music and painting. Being a creative person absorbed like a sponge all that surrounded him in an endless journeys. He studied the dances of various peoples, played all the instruments, which fell into the hands, painted pictures, which people called "strange". Painted poems, thoughts, feelings. Drew all that was going on inside of Sergei. However, the music took over and Sergey for years was engaged only in this art and reached unprecedented progress. One day, riding his favorite instrument - bass guitar, Sergey went to play in to another world where his concert was attended by Chagall and Malevich. By the glass of beer they insisted Sergei to take up the brush again. Threatening that otherwise they would come to him every night and sing revolutionary songs. Sergei could not agree as the concert schedule was very busy. But it happened so, as great artists promised. They came every night and sang the Internationale. Unable to withstand such an abuse by masters, Sergey was forced to take up the brush again. After a long break his first artwork was "Flight from revolutions in to future." Now artists are coming to express their criticism and sometimes supporting something. And he continues to paint strange pictures, painting poems, thoughts and feelings.
Was born in 1982 in the city of Izmail. A well-known Ukrainian artist. She, like the Creator, creates her own world, woven from dreams of fairy tales and faith in goodness. Initial art education was received in the State Art School named after Taras Shevchenko (1997-2000), and the higher - in the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture - Faculty of Fine Arts (2001-2007).
